In order to reschedule, you must do so within 48 hours of your appointment (failure to comply will result in a forfeited deposit)
You have 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to arrive (failure to do so may result in you having to rebook your appointment)
If you feel sick or have been around someone who is sick, you are responsible for communicating and rescheduling
You have to be 18+ to receive tattoo services
